Position Summary :
The Field Trainer will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the proficiency of our employees across all our AT&T locations. This individual will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training programs, traveling to train employees in person, and continuously developing the skills of our workforce to ensure they excel in their roles. The primary focus will be on delivering high-quality training that aligns with TROC and AT&T standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for communicating with and facilitating new hire training remotely and in person for all new T-ROC AT&T employees.
- Work with T-ROC- and AT&T training teams to develop educational material, including presentations, role-playing, job simulations, case studies, and other tools and approaches to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Mentor new salespeople, design individual and team training courses, and prepare educational material.
- Conduct field training sessions virtually and in-store / in-market to support ongoing program needs.
- Must be available for multi-day overnight travel.
