Reybold is a rapidly growing company that knows success begins and ends with our people. Reybold is currently seeking a Maintenance Office Assistant to work closely with the Administrative, HR, Accounting, Quality Control, Inventory, and Production teams to assist with purchase order processing and the operation of the office including reception responsibilities. This entry-level position is full-time non-exempt from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- General office duties such as filing, copying, and providing employee support.
- Assist with maintaining office equipment/inventory and supplies.
- Data entry for processing and purchase orders.
- General reception duties such as handling inbound calls, customer email correspondence and distributing mail/shipments.
- General housekeeping/upkeep of all office/ work areas and assist with facility maintenance coordination.
- Assist with enhancing office environment, employee events and creating computer generated projects.
- Coordinate-Support with project-based assignments and process development improvements when necessary.
- Observe safety precautions as outlined in safety manuals and trainings.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
Assisting in dispatching web requests for work orders
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software a plus
- Preferred Associates Degree in Business
Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a good understanding of business billing processes.
- Service/Maintenance related knowledge
- Understanding of Inventory supply issues
