What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready Technician position at The Reybold Group of Companies, Inc.?
We are currently seeking experienced, dependable and hard-working Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure that vacated units are thoroughly restored to ?market ready? condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist
- Perform duties to restore units to ?market-ready? status to include but not limited to: painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.
- Assist with the quality control inspections as needed
- Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed
- Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.
- Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.
