Customer Success Specialist
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and supporting The Reynolds Company (TRC) business strategy of services including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Contracts and software subscriptions.
This role involves executing onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal strategies, utilizing customer data to enhance value delivery, and maintaining high contract retention rates. The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets for all contracts and software subscriptions within the assigned portfolio.
- Utilize data and workflow information to execute onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal processes tailored to each account.
- Translate and analyze customer data into actionable insights to demonstrate value delivered through services contracts and software subscriptions.
- Communicate value delivered to customers regularly using QBR methodology and other communication strategies.
- Drive growth within existing accounts for both ARR and the broader Rockwell Automation (RA) business.
- Initiate expansion strategies in collaboration with sales counterparts based on customer insights.
- Foster a cohesive team environment by collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Rockwell Automation team members.
- Ensure consistent and optimal customer experience through teamwork and effective communication.
- Be comfortable influencing customers on value of The Reynolds Company and Rockwell Automation services and solutions vs competition.
- Coordinate sales teaming efforts required to identify and close target sales opportunities for existing and new customers.
- Travel to customers within assigned geography will be required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of skills, experience, or education
- 2 years of experience working with customers in a commercial and/or technical capacity.
- Ability to determine customer needs and to follow through on commitments.
- The ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, multi-tasking, detail, and deadline oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Strong internal and external customer service skills.
- Strong technical writing & presentation skills with ability to present Rockwell Automations value proposition to mid / large size groups of customers (external and internal) both commercially and technically.
