Title: Project Manager
Department: Packaged Power

General Summary
Primarily focused on the delivery and execution of Packaged Power projects in relation to our customers’ business outcomes and experiences. Works with the appropriate Reynolds Company/ McNaughton-McKay resources, external partners, and customers to ensure efficient and timely management and delivery of projects. Leverage successes within Reynolds Company/McNaughton-McKay to develop trust and showcase capabilities with the account management team and our customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assists in developing and executing the Packaged Power strategic business plan to achieve target KPIs; works collaboratively with customers as well as Packaged Power partners to develop relevant services and solutions that address the customer KPI's.
2. Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects with different customers simultaneously while coordinating the efforts of numerous internal and external resources to ensure deliverables are met. Manages day-to-day activities of awarded projects and services; provides project management, leadership, and oversight for delivery and execution of defined SOW.
3. Operations Management: executes project per established policies and procedures for engagement; ensures time entry is performed per policy by delivery consultants; ensures resources assigned to engagement are available and performing work as planned; ensures project lifecycle tasks are adhered to; directs resources, partners, and/or customer resources as well as materials (equipment, supplies, etc.) needed to successfully deliver engagement.
4. Scope Management: ensures tasks, activities, and deliverables defined in SOW are adhered to and provided to customer per contractual terms.
5. Financial Management: ensures profitability targets are met or exceeded; ensures all business system activities related to projects and services (Ex: invoices, purchase orders) are entered, and submitted in timely manner.
6. Schedule Management: creates and maintains master project plan; compares actual performance with planned performance, analyze variances, and takes corrective action as needed to maintain schedule adherence.
7. Risk/Issue Management: establishes strategy of continuous risk management (identifies and documents known risks) throughout engagement; creates environment where delivery team has visible, measurable, and repeatable processes for managing and mitigating risks.
8. Communications Management: ensures regularly scheduled status reports or stakeholder status calls are performed to discuss progress, issues, etc.; manages customer & vendor relationships and expectations relative to engagement.
9. Quality Management: ensures deliverables are validated, and provided to customer per terms of SOW; ensures customer is satisfied with end result, and overall work performed.
10. Assists the sales team with the identification, design, SOW generation, costing, and delivery of solutions, along with development of new services and solutions.
11. Participates in sales activities along with opportunity identification management as needed; supports the sales team to secure projects and orders, ensures SOW/deliverables are achievable with the available resources to support the timing. Supports the delivery of proposals when required.
12. Identifies ways to improve processes and provide better customer service.
13. Negotiates mutually favorable outcomes in complex negotiations with multiple parties.
14. Utilizes the CRM package to update account activities.
15. Continues to focus on personal development and learning.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
1. Bachelor’s degree required in business or technology. Industry experience (8 years) will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
2. PMP certification preferred
3. Knowledge of or working experience in the electrical industry preferred
4. Five or more years’ enterprise-level project management experience, managing teams greater than 10 individuals.
5. Excellent leadership qualities demonstrated in a matrix environment.
6. Ability to manage and/or assist in sales pursuit and strategy.
7. Ability to negotiate project deliverables, change orders, and terms.
8. Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people that are not direct reports in a fast-paced team environment.
9. Polished and professional technical/business communication skills and ability to interact with customers and vendors in a professional and business appropriate manner.

Travel Requirements: 10% business travel; Some overnight travel required
