About Role
Rho is hiring a Workplace Experience Manager to create and maintain an exceptional work environment that brings our culture to life. Reporting into our Head of Talent, our Workplace Experience Manager will :
Oversee our office operations while crafting meaningful experiences that help our team thrive.
Manage our physical space and amenities to coordinating events and programs.
Support the acquisition and development of new office space in NYC and San Francisco.
Ensure our workplace supports both productivity and wellbeing.
Partner with various teams to deliver seamless operations.
Manage and evaluate vendor relationships.
Continuously improve our employee experience based on team feedback.
Provide administrative support to People team and Executive team as needed.
The ideal candidate excels at both the operational and human elements of workplace management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
Required Skills
Organizational Skills : Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal abilities for effective interactions.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, GSuite).
Financial Acumen : Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense management.
Problem-Solving Skills : Identify issues proactively and implement solutions.
Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree in arts, business or a related field is preferred.
Experience in office management, workplace operations, and employee experience is highly desirable.
Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $80,000-$115,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
