The Richland Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Professional Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, goal-oriented care to acutely ill or unstable patients, ranging from infants to geriatrics, in accordance with Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct age-specific patient assessments, nursing diagnoses, care planning, interventions, and evaluations.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans, including educational and discharge planning.
- Deliver high-quality care with independence and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster a cohesive and professional work environment while maintaining effective communication with all team members.
Position Details:
- Full-time, night shift (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)
- Every third weekend rotation and 2 holidays per year.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
- CPR and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of one year of medical/surgical experience preferred.
