Key Responsibilities
- To lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the Learning and Development strategy
- To manage and develop teams and individuals
- To plan, implement and support the Organisations vocational training strategy in order to meet SSSC requirements
- To ensure that the service provided by Learning and Development is of the highest quality
- To manage a range of resources, including Finance and Administration, to meet service and organisational demands
- To establish and maintain effective communication
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience of the design and delivery of a Learning & Development strategy
- Relevant professional/management qualification
- The ability to effectively lead and manage staff
- Sound strategic planning skills with the ability to produce reports and papers to a high standard
- Change management experience
- Knowledge of regulatory bodies, standards and their application
- Passion for making a positive impact in the voluntary sector.
