This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Positive Behaviour Support Team who provide person-centred and specialist behavioural interventions for people with autism and complex needs.
A position has now become available for a Regional Positive Behaviour Support Manager (North & South), which is ideal for someone to continue to build on this success and help us continue to make sure that everyone we support, regardless of the challenges or complexities they face, can achieve this.
In this post you`ll be responsible for the direct management of a team of Behaviour Support Advisors and duties will include coordinating the planning, delivery and evaluation of all Positive Behaviour Support work across the North and South Regions of Scotland.
As a highly skilled manager, experienced in the delivery of PBS, you will contribute to strategic team activities, both in relation to the regional and national PBS teams. This will include working closely with the other Regional PBS Manager ensuring a consistent national approach to the implementation of PBS, while maintaining a flexible local approach.
