Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Lead financial strategy using data-driven insights. Support business initiatives, manage capital, and provide financial forecasting.
- Operations: Work closely with the executive team. Oversee accounting, investor relations, legal matters, transaction processing, employee benefits, and partnership negotiations.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Manage cash flow, investments, audits, and 401k plans.
- Risk Management: Establish internal controls, ensure compliance, and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of senior financial leadership, ideally within a mission-driven organization.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with executive leadership.
