Accounts Receivable Manager - Louisville, KY
Our client, a leading player in their industry, is on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable Manager to take charge of their credit and collections operations. What You’ll Do:
- Own the credit and collections process—analyzing risk, managing accounts, and keeping receivables on track.
- Manage order holds, troubleshoot payment issues, and minimize risk.
- Lead and support the A/R team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide key reporting on receivables and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing and payment concerns
- Drive process improvements and keep key financial reports accurate and up to date.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of credit management and A/R experience.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (Oracle a plus)
