TRG is engaged to recruit a Designer to join the sales support team for our client in Central Michigan, an industry-leading commercial equipment manufacturer. They are known for providing equipment solutions to a variety of well-known customers.
This role supports a variety of equipment projects and people, like customers, engineers and teammates. It is a diverse role, serving as the primary contact for customers, providing sales support, putting quotes together, reading specifications and occasionally making small design changes

Background :
- Strong Computer skills including AutoCAD (for part and fixture design)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Some experience supporting fabrication processes is ideal
- Associated degree or design certifications preferred
- Well organized and ability to multi-task
