Our client seeks a bold and innovative finance leader to transform their global reporting, budgeting, and analysis functions. This high-impact role manages both domestic and international teams while partnering across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver results and drive change.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for P&L, cash flow, and capital spending.
- Partner with leadership to shape a 3-year strategic plan and optimize decision-making.
- Oversee financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process automation and improvements.
- Manage a global financial team and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead ad-hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred).
- Proven FP&A expert with the ability to lead global teams and partner across key business functions.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and automation tools. ERP system experience.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
