We’re partnering with a national manufacturer to find a results-driven plant operations leader to take the reins at a large-scale, high-volume plant. This role owns end-to-end plant performance—production, maintenance, engineering, and facilities—with a clear mandate: drive safety, efficiency, and cultural alignment at scale.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations across all plant functions
- Drive KPI performance in safety, quality, and cost
- Champion Lean and continuous improvement
- Build and mentor high-performing teams
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership
What You Bring:
- 7 years in plant/facility operations leadership (union experience preferred)
- Track record of performance improvement and team development
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Background in metals, heavy industry, or foundry ops a plus
- Master’s in Business, Engineering, or Ops preferred
