The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is seeking a Head of North American Finance (North American Region CFO)
Our client, the fastest-growing wholly owned subsidiary of a global manufacturing leader, is seeking a dynamic Head of North America Finance to oversee its regional operations. This $500B business unit is known for its high margins, ambitious growth, and commitment to excellence. With 11 locations (9 plants and 2 distribution centers, including 2 facilities in Mexico), this role offers the opportunity to lead a team through transformative growth and change.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy : Provide dynamic leadership to a team of 10-12, including plant controllers, with 50% travel to sites. Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Financial Oversight : Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and consolidations, to ensure accuracy and accountability across all operations.
- Operational Excellence : Tackle costing, variances, and other challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and improve profitability.
- Change Management : Spearhead initiatives during a period of massive acquisitions, restructuring, and financial transformation. Cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
- Strategic Partner : Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategies with business goals, contributing to the overall success and scalability of the organization.
