Master Scheduler – Specialty Materials Manufacturer
TRG Manufacturing Search Division is leading the search for a Master Scheduler with a high-performance producer of specialty materials used in aerospace, defense, automotive, and composites. This is a key role in a growing, technology-driven manufacturer committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
You’ll lead mid- and long-range production planning, drive S&OP and MPS processes, and align demand with capacity to improve service levels and reduce lead times. Automotive industry experience is especially valuable in this fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Highlights:
- Own the production plan (3–12 weeks & 12 months outlook)
- Improve efficiency of equipment, labor, and materials
- Lead cross-functional planning efforts
- Collaborate across supply chain and operations teams
- Support new product launches and capacity strategies
Requirements:
- 5 years in manufacturing planning (automotive a plus)
- ERP/MRP experience (SAP/M3 preferred)
- APICS certification a plus (CPIM or CPSM)
- Familiar with planning systems, Lean tools (Kanban, Pull Flow).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
