*High Visibility - Senior Operations Executive - President Path*
The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top manufacturing clients to help on-board a Vice President, Global to help them with an aggressive growth strategy they are currently underway with. This role will help the business build and execute Operations Strategy across their North American Footprint as well as collaborate with Global Executive Teams with influence enterprise-wide.
This division is looking for a strong Transformational People Leader to join their corporate team and continue to help the business expand & drive operational efficiencies. This role will have the ability to own process, people & results - creating & influencing at a very high level. Working with EVPs, Div. President, and C-Suite Leadership on key initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive change across an organization -P&L Management, Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence, and a Strategic Growth Mindset working at a high level to identify gaps across the BU.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- 10 years working with Global Manufacturing Organization – with multi-site exposure.
- P&L Experience a Must – With Multi-Site Responsibility
- Blended Lean/CI Skills – Operations (& any Commercial an added plus)
- Ability to Travel is a must
