Circulation District Manager

Job Summary
The Circulation Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the distribution and circulation strategies of our publications. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage teams, drive process improvements, and develop strategic plans to enhance circulation performance. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement circulation strategies to maximize distribution and readership.
• Supervise and lead the circulation team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Manage profit and loss statements related to circulation operations, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the circulation department.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in circulation.
• Analyze market trends and audience demographics to inform strategic planning efforts.
• Establish relationships with vendors and partners to optimize distribution channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on circulation effectiveness for senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading initiatives from conception through execution.
• Strong business development skills, with an ability to identify new opportunities for growth in circulation.
• Experience managing profit loss statements, demonstrating financial acumen in operational contexts.
