What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Relations Director position at The Ridge at Beavercreek?

The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining referral sources, responding to and following up with all inquiries, tracking and maintaining accurate records for all leads. The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for successful sales closing resulting in new move-ins to increase and/or maintain budgeted occupancy.
1. The Community Relations Director must be self-motivated, highly-organized, and professional. They must demonstrate sound judgement and discretion on a consistent basis and uphold the company's mission statement.
2. Achievment of occupancy goals.
3. Coordinates internal and external marketing activities.
4. Updates and maintains the lead tracking system on a daily basis.
5. Train community leadership and other staff on inquiries, tours and the move-in process.
6. Displays mature behavior and attitude in speech and action; demonstrates consistently pleasant demeanor, tone of voice, supports the mission statement and approach to care used by the community.
7. Perform all marketing activities including public relations efforts, prospective resident generation, rospective resident follow-up, direct sales, and sales monitoring, fully utilize lead tracking software, and social media updates including monitoring/responses.
8. Works in conjunction with the Health Services Director for timely assessments for resident move in.
9. Perform any additional job duties as assigned while completing all assigned duties, which may change from time to time according to resident needs, staffing levels, working circumstances, and home office directives.
