Front Desk Guest Services Agent

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Ridge Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a customer-friendly & growth minded environment, we would love to hear from you. We are an RV Resort and love to have fun at work, while taking care of business. We need to add a few full time, part-time, and summer season staff to our Front Office at The Ridge.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival

- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurately recorded

- Provide information about campground amenities, local attractions, and dining options

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously

- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications

- Perform office duties as required

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate department
