Our small-team approach helps provide high quality services for the pets in our care while still providing flexibility to our staff. Open Positions:

Pack Member (Part-Time): Our Pack Members work part-time and are scheduled based on their availability and demand in their area. Our Pack Member role is ideal for someone who *loves pets* and is looking for a chance to spend some extra time with cats and dogs. This flexible, fun position allows you to prioritize how you spend your time. Many of our Pack Members work other jobs, are raising families or are partially retired. Pack Members earn an average of $400-$1500 a month depending on their individual availability and skills.

We are prioritizing applications who are:

• Are available M-F, especially morning and midday, for dog walking in Montgomery County (Required)
• Able to work in the Potomac, Bethesda, Chevy Chase and Kensington areas (Preferred)
• Available for general pet sitting (dogs, cats, small animal care)--flexible scheduling (Preferred)
• Interested in also providing overnight pet care services (Preferred)
• Available to work on some federal holidays (we offer holiday rates)

Requirements:

• Base requirements include being legally authorized to work in the US (Required)
• Access to an insured vehicle (Required)
• Willingness to submit to a background check (Required)
• Own a smartphone with data plan (Required)
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem solver, team player, and has a willing/openness to learn new skills. They must be flexible and able to think critically to make decisions using the information available to them as well as a healthy dose of common sense.
• It is just as important that they are a people-person as well as a pet lover. Good written and verbal communication skills are a MUST.
• A positive attitude and willingness to roll with the punches will take you a long way!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.80 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
