QUALIFICATIONS :
- At a MINIMUM, have the required State License to practice Independently as a Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor AND at least 3 years post license experience - *Will accept Provisional LPC or LMSW*
- Must have at least 3 years of experience
Description: Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a healthcare team
- Conducts individual and group sessions with clients
- Assists in developing program components related to Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) testing, prevention, and intervention
- Is responsible for completing Monthly and Quarterly reports
- Is responsible for documenting all screenings, assessments, group facilitation and counseling according to procedures
