THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a client in Minnesota. This is a remote opportunity only for those who live in Minnesota. The Onboarding Specialist will be onboarding new and returning clients. This role will support multiple departments in building new accounts, coordinating onboarding timelines, and identifying the customer's needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in client onboarding, project management, or other relevant business experience
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to multitask a portfolio of client projects and/or internal team requests independently
- Experience using a CRM system and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Details:
- Contract – 6 months
- Remote, must live in Minnesota
- Monday – Friday; 8 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30-5 PM
- Pay $24/hour
