Position Overview
The Client Care Leader is responsible for driving team performance, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every client receives a seamless, high-touch experience. In this leadership position, you will develop, coach, and hold team members accountable to the highest standards of service.
You will cultivate a high-performance team by setting clear expectations, ensuring efficiency on the floor, and maintaining a professional, results-driven environment. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and operational oversight to keep the client journey smooth and exceptional.
Experience in personal service environments, team leadership, and client experience management is essential.
Specific Duties:
- Supervise and inspire the Cleanse & Care Specialists and Client Liaisons in their daily activities to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Uphold our commitment to excellence with the delivery of services that shine in precision and outstanding quality—wash, detangle, and blow dry.
- Provide valuable on-the-job training and support, empowering team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Promote a welcoming and organized atmosphere by actively monitoring the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Address client concerns or requests with professionalism and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Efficiently manage client bookings, ensuring a seamless appointment experience for all.
- Set a positive example by consistently delivering the exceptional service that embodies The Rinse Retreat experience.
