You'll play a vital role in guiding our members towards their fitness goals during flexible evening shifts. As a certified Personal Trainer, you'll design and implement personalized fitness programs, offering motivation and support to clients of varying fitness levels. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to inspire positive lifestyle changes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions during evening hours to accommodate our members' schedules.
- Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to individual clients' needs and goals.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve and maintain their fitness objectives.
- Keep accurate records of client progress and adjust programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality personal training sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable about current fitness trends, nutrition, and wellness practices.
- CPR and AED certification.
