Job Summary

The Manufacturing Specialist will play a vital role in assembling and ensuring the quality of our window and patio door screens. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of custom window and patio door screens, where you will contribute to producing high-quality products that enhance homes across North America.

This role is responsible for:

• Assembling screen frames based on specifications using hand tools and automated machinery
• Maintaining a steady workflow by ensuring materials move efficiently between production stages
• Performing periodic checks on completed screens to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Tool Operation: Utilize hand tools and automated machinery to construct screen frames according to specifications.
• Quality Control & Problem-Solving: Monitor production for inconsistencies and report concerns to your supervisor.
• Safety & Maintenance: Ensure tools, equipment, and workstations are in top working condition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 years of related manufacturing experience (window/door industry a plus)
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience preferred
