Strategically located facilities in seven locations across the United States, supporting a logistically intensive business that serves leading window and door original equipment manufacturers that require "just in time" delivery. RiteScreen also has a complementary offering of window and screen components, leading to the production of millions of custom configured, assembled window screens and patio door screens manufactured and delivered annually.

Positions may require candidates to:
- Assemble, Operate Machines and Packaging
- Install fabricated cloth onto assembled window and door frames.
- Effectively utilize hand tools, air tools and a tape measure
- Ensure high quality of assembled parts and adherence to customer requirements.
Starting pay is $20 an hour for General Production!
- Performance incentive bonuses (monthly productivity bonus)
- Screener can earn up to $23 an hour withing 6 months!

Qualifications & Experience
Basic skills include but are not limited to:
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to work with others collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized (5S) work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Organization and planning
- Time-Management and adaptivity
- Ability to perform repetitive motions using the arm, wrist, and shoulder.
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands at arm’s length with a break every 2 hours.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
