Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, the Cutter is responsible for ensuring the following by performing work using instructions and performing any combination of the following duties:

Job Description
Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, the Cutter is responsible for ensuring the following by performing work using instructions and performing any combination of the following duties:
- Reviews the Manufacturing Order for specifications and quantities
- Prepare, cut, and make finished pieces available for next step in operation.
- Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.
- Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Basic skills include but are not limited to:
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to work with others collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented and consistent.
- High school diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Must wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
