Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Tool Operation: Use hand tools and automated machinery to construct screen frames based on specifications.
Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a steady workflow by ensuring materials move efficiently between production stages, keep tools and equipment in top working condition, and follow all safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, 2 years of related manufacturing experience (window/door industry a plus), Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience preferred.
Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to follow instructions, maintain accuracy, multitask effectively, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to resolve minor production issues independently.
