Ideal Qualifications

• Completion of high school education or equivalent experience.
• Two years of relevant assembly experience preferred, with an emphasis on detailed craftsmanship.

• Capable of clearly understanding and executing instructions effectively.
• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset.

Physical Requirements and Safety Protocol

• Capability to stand for long durations and carry out repetitive tasks.
• Flexible with light lifting needs, usual to involve up to 25 pounds.
