The Digital Marketing Specialist, Lifecycle will engage past, future, and prospective guests, nurturing their interest at every stage of their journey—before and after reserving a voyage with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
Utilizing CRM tools, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and analytics systems, this role requires a customer-centric thinker with a strong aptitude for CRM technology, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, to execute flawlessly. The focus will be on executing and optimizing lifecycle programs while tracking email marketing performance. Success will primarily depend on strong organizational skills and attention to detail when building and deploying campaigns. Additionally, the ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive strategy, support ideation sessions, draft creative briefs, and refine content based on performance metrics will be critical.

Essential Functions
- Execute the day-to-day email marketing calendar with another email specialist and brief development for internal and external teams to maintain consistent, effective email marketing collateral.
- Develop and deploy email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, employing industry best practices to achieve flawless execution.
- Monitor and optimize existing guest email journey to promote booking retention and ensure future guests are well informed and excited about their upcoming voyage.
- Create segmented email lists and set up A/B tests and other designed experiments.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all email campaigns (marketing and operational communications) through Campaign Monitoring and Reporting.
- Support the company’s CRM database growth and development, including contacts, tasks, and marketing automation platform data integration.
- Conduct consistent competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure the RCYC brand is communicated correctly and consistently in all digital marketing channels.
Education
- BA or equivalent experience required
- 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, focusing on email marketing
- Travel/hospitality industry experience preferred
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud experience required
- Proficient in email/template development. Email coding experience (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus
- Understanding of enterprise-level email marketing platforms, including marketing automation capabilities
- Strategic thinker & outspoken advocate of guests’ digital experience interests
- Strong writing and grammar skills, proofreading abilities, and copywriting abilities
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Self-starter, able to function with little supervision, high-energy.
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Tableau experience a plus
- This is a hybrid position, working at least 2 days a week from our Fort Lauderdale office.
- full-time and frequently requires working additional time outside of normal business hours.
