Job Summary
The Junior Financial Analystwill join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and will serve the needs of internal customers by providing timely and accurate data / reporting and supporting the analysis and reporting of financial data, assisting in the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for the Company.
This role will facilitate proactive communication to and from our internal customers to maintain the most current levels of information and reporting. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive the company's vision and align with our organization's strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support management in the Financial Planning process of the Company including the collection and analysis of financial data from various sources, including but not limited to the consolidation, analysis, and presentation of financials, annual budget, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes (review of accruals, preparation of journal entries, incentive calculations for sales agents, etc.).
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide insights.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
