The River Club, a private fine dining social club, is looking for dynamic service professionals to join our front of house service team; our servers are expected to work in our A La Carte dining rooms, including our terrace/patio, as well as serving on banquets/private events. Our Food and Beverage program provides our membership and their guests with only the highest quality of accommodation and customized service.
This position does not receive gratuity, instead our staff makes a higher hourly rate, and we do not take any cash or credit cards.
Summary: Works closely with the members and guests to provide an exceptional club service experience and with co-workers to provide support as a team member by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Acts as an integral and efficient part delivering and providing excellent customer service to the members and guests.
- Completes daily tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Adheres to and supports standardized control procedures.
- Maintains complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned functions.
- Maintains complete knowledge and complies with all club policies and service procedures.
- Performs cleaning duties as required.
- Completes open and/or closing side work as needed and instructed.
