What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at The River House at Odette's?
The Barback at the River House at Odette’s are the assistants to the Bartenders. Barbacks clean the bars, take plates and utensils to the kitchen to be washed, collect soiled glassware to be cleaned by the bar dishwasher, maintain stock of alcohol and mixing ingredients, cut and stock fruit, and restocking ice. Barbacks might help bartenders bring food out to the bar, restock utensils, napkins and other bar area needs. Depending on the venue, the barback may take on the busser duties.
