Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties

• Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
• Execute carpet cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure carpets are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage custodial responsibilities in various settings, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
• Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
• Maintain housekeeping management practices by organizing supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests promptly and professionally.
• Sanitate high-touch areas regularly to promote a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items as needed.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.92 - $17.89 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
