Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients undergoing substance use treatment. The RN will play a key role in monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in a detox and residential setting.
- Monitor patient vitals and withdrawal symptoms, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and document patient responses per facility protocols.
- Collaborate with medical providers and clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Uphold The River Source’s mission of compassionate care.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Fingerprint clearance card
