Schedule: Tuesdays-Fridays, 9am-1pm

Job Summary:
The Hospitality Table Volunteer will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for individuals and families visiting our church food pantry. As the first point of contact, you will greet guests, provide information, and ensure that everyone feels valued and cared for during their visit.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet all guests with a friendly smile and compassionate demeanor, ensuring they feel respected and valued.
- Information Sharing: Provide guests with information about events happening at the church.
- Hospitality: Offer light refreshments, such as coffee, tea, or snacks, as available. Ensure the hospitality table is stocked, clean, and inviting.
- Coordination: Work closely with other volunteers and pantry staff to ensure smooth operations, including directing guests to appropriate areas and coordinating with the pantry team.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including food safety protocols and COVID-19 precautions.
- Set-Up and Clean-Up: Assist with setting up the hospitality table before guests arrive and cleaning up after the pantry session ends.
