FRONT DESK ASSISTANT MANAGER

Assists the Front Office Manager by overseeing the responsibilities of the Front Desk staff.
Ensures that the guests are being handled in a professional and competent manner.
Ensures proper staffing levels of Front Desk Clerks by assisting Front Desk Manager/Front Office Manager in preparing weekly schedule and maintaining proper documentation (time cards, disciplinary procedures, reviews, etc.)
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum six months front desk experience required.
Previous management experience.
Must be familiar with local area and be customer service oriented.
Must have previous phone experience and experience dealing with customer complaints.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays, with flexibility in scheduling.
Must have positive, outgoing personality.
