The RK Group is Texas’ largest privately held hospitality, special events and catering company that has been in business for over 75 years! We are making additions to our growing corporate accounts and are in need of enthusiastic BARISTAS!!
DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITES OF BARISTA INCLUDE:
· Providing exceptional customer service in a timely and friendly manner!
· Producing smoothies, coffee and juices per recipes provided
· Maintaining clean equipment and work-space
· Establishing relationships with regular guests
BARISTA MUST:
· Love coffee!!
· Have reliable transportation
· Have open availability Monday through Friday
· Demonstrate willingness to learn
· Maintain quality standards
· Have excellent communication skills with guests & fellow co-workers
· Be professional in both demeanor and appearance
BENEFITS/ PERKS of BARISTA:
· Will become eligible for BENEFITS after 60 days
· Meal provided for each shift!
· Hours are FULL-TIME, daytime, Monday-Friday
· PTO available with tenure
