Duties and Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about pertinent laws and regulations, including EPA and OSHA requirements.
- You will conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment, inspect and maintain tools, and ensure storage areas remain locked when not in use.
- Our ideal candidate will have experience with electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, appliances, and water irrigation systems.
- You will diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repairs, involving tasks such as changing locks, rekeying locks, and making keys.
- Your duties will include reporting major repairs and requisitions to the Maintenance Supervisor prior to any expenditure of funds.
- You will work closely with the Make-Ready Team to coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.
