What You’ll Be Doing :

This is true business development, meaning you’ll spend your time on the phone, in front of clients, and making things happen. If you like sitting back and waiting for “the phone to ring” or for leads to come in, this isn’t the role for you. You’ll be :

• Making calls, sending emails, and setting meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Visiting clients onsite to build relationships, understand their hiring needs, and develop real partnerships.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and working closely with recruiting to deliver results.
• Driving revenue through new business generation and growing existing accounts.

This is a high-activity role that requires persistence, solid confidence, and the ability to connect with people quickly. You’ll need to be organized, self-motivated, and relentless in pursuit of success. If you bring staffing sales experience to the table, you know what is needed to succeed.
