*REMOTE OPPORTUNITY*
Desktop Investigators perform claims investigation utilizing various public record searches to compile results and prepare comprehensive investigative reports for submission. The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency, excellent verbal and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and sound judgment. This candidate must be a calm professional who works well under pressure, with colleagues and managers within the office and in the field.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs claims investigation to include public records searches, record retrievals, facility canvasses, online inquiries, infinity searches, and skip trace referrals.
- Compiles results and prepares comprehensive investigation report for submission.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Hourly Rate is commensurate with education and experience
