Our goal is to build tangible life skills, instill confidence and sense of belonging, and encourage healthy life choices and relationships in our teens.
The OST Staff work directly with youth in an after-school setting, providing positive learning experiences and mentorship. OST Staff also work the occasional special event on nights or weekends.
This role involves working directly with teenagers:
Leading games and activities
Assisting teens with homework or other projects
Being an empathetic near-peer
Helping teens find the good in themselves and grow and learn
Appropriately handling social emotional issues that arise
This role is ideal for college students and high energy individuals desiring to have meaningful work and positively impact youth.

All positions are part-time, school year only positions
Must be 18 years or older to apply
$14.00 an hour to start
