Painter/Laborer

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Execute commercial and industrial painting tasks using airless paint spraying techniques.
• Perform masonry work and trim carpentry to support renovation projects.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks including carpentry and welding.
• Assist in the renovation of spaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all phases of the project.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial painting, industrial painting, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with masonry techniques and trim carpentry is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to construction and painting tasks.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job site locations.
