Job Description:
Primary Duties:
- Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) as required.
- Reviews and updates student and permanent party flight training grade books via paper binders or digital records in a government-provided Training Management System IAW AFI 11- 202V1, AFI 11-2MQ1V1, AFI 11-2MQ-9V1, associated Holloman AFB supplements, and locally developed guidance.
- Generates AF 4324, aircraft assignment/aircrew qualification worksheet.
- Generates training aids for training days.
- Performs weekly currency check of personnel training (including ancillary) and notifies members of overdue training via e-mail.
- Prepares and executes periodic training schedule.
- Generates bi-monthly letter of “Xs” (Personnel Qualifications/Status Report (Letter of Xs)), monthly and quarterly Rated Aircrew Performance (RAP) and provides RAP inputs to 49 OSS Training each quarter, 20-month and end of cycle training reports.
- Operates various office equipment such as faxes, copiers, phones, and computers.
- Prepares reports, memos, letters, forms, briefings, and other documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power-Point.
- Greets RPA students, answers phone call from instructors/students, and handles their inquiries.
- Establishes and maintains both paper and electronic filing systems IAW USAF AFI 33-322, AFI 33-332, and associated Holloman AFB guidance.
- Opens, reads, routes, and distributes incoming paper and electronic correspondence.
- Prepares routine letters, reviews documents for correct grammar and spelling and ensures compliance with group, wing, and HHQ instructions.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year of administrative support experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar commercial flight scheduling software.
- Six (6) months with Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) scheduling tool, or other commercial training management system.
- Six (6) months of records management experience.
