TITLE : FAMILY LAW ASSOCIATE
Job Summary :
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Family Law Associate for our client’s Bayonne, NJ office. We seek an enthusiastic, motivated family law attorney to join our growing team of practitioners. Partners and small groups will also be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Drafting pleadings, interrogatories, case information statements, settlement agreements and final judgments.
- You will regularly attend consults, court appearances, depositions and argue motions.
