Client Technology Analyst Role :
FIT Meeting Services supports Webcasting, HD Immersive (Cisco TelePresence) Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, Event Technical A / V Management and Meeting Room Technology Lifecycle.
The Client Technology Analyst must be able understand the technologies of Meeting Services so as to support the infrastructure of the services. Ideally this person has the skills and / or aptitude to learn the lifecycle of Digital Signage, One-Touch Meeting technology and computer schedulers.
On-Si te Support Technician Role :
Technician's primary duties will be to provide Global Infrastructure Services
Facilities IT with the necessary resources to configure, reconfigure computers / chrome boxes. We have multiple projects in progress including new GoogleMeets technology rooms utilizing Logitech A / V technology as well as Chrome technology. We also have projects with implementation of AppSpace for digital signage and Chromebox, Chromebit and LG monitors with integrated computers.
The Technician will have knowledge and experience with control products (hardware, some software, and troubleshooting), video conferencing systems including troubleshooting and usage, and some production experience. The technician should have a working knowledge of the AV integration process and most importantly will be able to leverage resources (Integration, Engineering, and Support) in an effort to best support Genentech as it continues to grow. The role must demonstrate effective oral and written communication and will embrace the opportunity of working with Genentech.
We are looking for a Meeting Services Technical Analyst who endeavors to delight our customers and who has a solid background in the support of desktop integrated communication technologies. We need a person who works well with a team (locally and globally) and who is also capable follow up on tasks independently as well as be self-motivated and have the capacity to learn new technology.
- Two (2 ) years’ experience in supporting Audio Visual services and technology
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) e
- Proficient in English and as a global company other languages like Spanish,Chinese or German are a plus
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Demonstrated experience in video and webcasting technologies
This position will initially run through 12 / 31 / 2019 with the possibility to extend beyond the initial 5 months.
