TITLE: ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - LITIGATION
Responsibilities
- Litigation Support: Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution. Collaborate with senior partners to develop litigation strategies. Communicate with and represent clients in conferences, hearings, trials, arbitrations.
- Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
- Due Diligence and Legal Research: Conduct due diligence reviews and assessments to identify potential legal issues and risks. Stay current on relevant legal developments and conduct research to support client matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in NJ, NY or PA.
- Two (2 ) years of Litigation experience (both Federal and State)
- Courtroom experience
Salary : $155,000 - $165,000
