Job Title : Presentation Specialist
Duration : 12 month contract
Location : Hybrid - 330 Madison Ave. NY
Hybrid : 2 Days on-site / 3 Days work from home
Job Description :
Looking for a dynamic, detailed-oriented, Presentation / Desktop Operator to help support our growing team. Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the financial industry as a Desktop Operator within Investment Banking. Candidate must be on-site for at least 2 days per week , more if necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Produce high-quality pitchbooks, presentations, and other client materials using PowerPoint. Must be an expert in PowerPoint and be able to work with slide master to create custom pages
- Create and edit multi-page / multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations and other print / design projects
- Create custom design templates from scratch to match client’s branding, logo, look and feel
- Proofread completed projects to ensure quality and accuracy
- Must have solid knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator
- Possess discretion to handle sensitive and / or confidential documents and information
