The Rogosin Institute (RI) is a non-profit medical care and research organization affiliated with NewYork Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medicine. Rogosin is one of the premier centers for the diagnosis and management of kidney disease in the country and conducts research in these areas.
RI is seeking an experienced full-time Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for processing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Job duties include but are not limited to reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, prioritizing invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms, maintains accounting ledgers, process credit card bills, maintenance of 1099s, assists in month-end closing and assists with the financial audits throughout the year.
